In this paper, I seasonally surveyed the phytoplankton species, biomass and advantages of the detailed structure in the west lake of Jingshi City (grass lake) and AnXiang ShanBo Lake (algae type lakes), and surveied bighead carp as the research object, comparatively studied the type of grass lakes and algae on the quality of lakes.Grass type lakes were identified there are eight gates phytoplankton and divided 61 kinds and 94 species, including algae gate a total of 11 kinds and 14 species, which account for 14.9% of the total number of phytoplankton species; 26 altogether chlorophyta (green algae) of 41, accounting for 43.6% of the total number of phytoplankton species; 12 genera and 22 of bacillariophyta, accounting for 23.4% of the total number of phytoplankton species; Hidden gate algae 2 of 4, accounting for 4.3% of the total number of phytoplankton species; Naked algae 5 genera gate of 8,8.5% of the total number of phytoplankton species; 1 of 1 kind of-dec gate, accounting for 1.1% of the total number of phytoplankton species; 2 of 2 kinds of pyrrhophyta, accounting for 2.1% of the total number of phytoplankton species; HuangZao gate of 2 kinds,1 accounted for 2.1% of the total number of phytoplankton species. Were identified zooplankton four categories of 58 and 40 species, including 11 genera and protozoa 17 kinds of, accounting for 29.4% of the total number of zooplankton species; 19 of the rotifer kind of 31, accounting for 53.4% of the total number of zooplankton species; Branches of Angle and of the eight, accounting for 13.8% of the total number of zooplankton species; Copepods 2 of 2 species, which account for 3.4% of the total number of zooplankton species. Grass phytoplankton type lakes in average biomass for 18.04 mg/L zooplankton, average biomass for 16.90 mg/LAlgae type lake were identified eight gate phytoplankton 61 of 108 species, including algae gate a total of 11 of 17 species, which account for 15.7% of the total number of phytoplankton species; 26 altogether chlorophyta (green algae) of 39 species, which account for 36.1% of the total number of phytoplankton species; Bacillariophyta 12 of species, which account for 30 to 27.8% of the total number of phytoplankton species; Hidden gate algae 2 of 4, accounting for 3.7% of the total number of phytoplankton species; Naked algae 5 genera gate of 11,10.2% of the total number of phytoplankton species; 2 of 2 kinds of-dec gate, accounting for 1.9% of the total number of phytoplankton species; 2 of 3 kinds of pyrrhophyta, accounting for 2.8% of the total number of phytoplankton species; HuangZao gate of 2 kinds,1 accounted for 1.9% of the total number of phytoplankton species. The zooplankton were identified four categories 42 genera and 63 species, including and protozoa 15 of 21, accounting for 33.3% of the total zooplankton species; Of the rotifer 16 kinds and 30 species, accounting for 47.6% of the total zooplankton species; Branches are 9 of 10 kinds of Angle, accounting for 15.9% of the total zooplankton species; Copepods 2 of 2 species, which account for 3.2% of the total zooplankton species. Algae phytoplankton type lakes in average biomass for 18.29 mg/L zooplankton, average biomass for 16.78 mg/L.The results show that the average biomass of algae lakes slightly higher than the grass type lakes, there's not much difference in two different types of lakes in season changes, the highest of the floating biomass is in the summer, all appear in all aspects of the dominant in green algae, algae, diatoms, nude algae Lord; Grass type lake provides the fisihing industry potential is 4318475.9kg by phytoplankton, algae type lake provides 840717.5 kg by phytoplankton. Bighead carp quality contrast research results:moisture, ash, crude fat, protein, carbohydrate, protein content of the grass type bighead carp lakes were 80.66%,1.25%,0.87%,17.67%,0.32%,173.43 mg/g, tasty amino acids content is 73.59, accounting for 42.43% of the total amino acids, can value of 4.26 kJ/g, E/P value of 24.11, a/fang value of 2.68; moisture, ash content, crude fat, protein, carbohydrate, protein content of the algae type bighead carp lakes were 79.88%,1.35%,1.20%,17.00%,0.29%, 163.61 mg/g, tasty amino acids content is 68.39, accounting for 41.80% of the total amino acids, can value of 4.08 kJ/g, E/P value of 24.00, a/fang value of 2.72. From the analysis, we can see that two of the different types of lakes bighead carp quality are not significant, grass type lakes bighead carp slightly higher than the edible value of algae type lakes.
