Pinus massoniana is a main fast-growing tree species and an important material of making paper. As society develops, people need more and more timber and sheets. Thus the planting area of Pinus massoniana expands constantly meanwhile some problems emerge, such as Pinus massoniana artificial forest land's decline, productivity's constant fall, etc. In order to keep balance in soil nutrient, prevent decline of soil productivity and guarantee quick and abundant production, Compound Microorganism Bacterium Agent's develop and application are significant technical measures.The experiment picks out Pinus massoniana exogenous mycorrhizal fungi and Pinus massoniana rhizosphere dissolved phosphorus bacteria, and combines and optimizes them with potassium bacteria separated and preserved by the experiment so as to make composite microbial preparation and study on its growth promotion and micro ecological effect. Main study results:(1) Pinus massoniana's plantation mycorrhizal fungi's and functional bacteria's separation and sifting. In our school's Pinus massoniana man-made forest of scientific experimental base, I collect exogenous mycorrhizal fungi fruit body and make tissue separated and cultivated for getting pure training mycelia with serial number, cpy-2and cpy-4, belonging respectively to sticky lid of cattle bacilli and color mabo beans of fungi. An efficient dissolved phosphorus strain is separated and sifted out in rhizosphere soil, numbered yL14。The bacterium has a phosphate-dissolving capacity to65.14mg/L. It demonstrates from morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characters and16S rDNA sequence analysis that yL14bacterial strain belongs to Pseudomonas fulva.(2) Screening strains'optimized combination and compound microorganism bacterium agent's making. There is not any biological antagonist relationship amongst exogenous mycorrhizal fungi strain cpy-2and cpy-4, dissolved phosphorus strains of the bacteria yL14and silicate bacteria strains K50. After blending of bacterial strains' fermentation broth, cooperation effect can be played out apparently.I adopt shake-flask fermentation to study out best culture medium formula and fermentation process conditions used in culturing compound microorganism bacterium agent. I blend fermented liquid of strains cultured by the liquid as volume1:1:1:1then make it adsorbed on sterile mixed carrier (peat:bentonite:corn flour=3:2:2), as microbial inoculum:the best proportion for carrier to absorb and process is1:10so as to make solid composite bacterium agent. The determination for the quality of composite bacterium agent demonstrates all kinds of quality indicators in microbial inoculum attains the requirement of the standard of agricultural circle,NY/T798-2004,of the People's Republic of China.(3) Compound microorganism bacterium agent and rhizospheric micro-ecosystem effect. In the light of different proportion, I confect pinus massoniainna seedlings with compound microorganism bacterium agent and fertilizer. The result demonstrates:the best combination mode for prompting pinus massoniainna's growth and improving rhizospheric soil micro-ecology is the confecting of microbial agent40%+fertilizer60%. Its height of seedling increases77.6%, ground diameter increases38.7%, biomass158.1%, which make pinus massoniainna seedlings' rhizospheric microbial number enhance79.3%, soil organic matter enhance43.3%, quick-acting soil nitrogen21.42%, quick-acting soil phosphorus121.83%, quick-acting soil potass48.38%. Microbial inoculum has some influences to absorbed dose of nutrient of pinus massoniainna seedlings. After fertilizing and processing, the content of pinus massoniainna seedlings' nitrogen exceeds comparison28.49%, phosphorus content exceeds comparison45.35%, and potass content exceeds comparison31.22%.
