This paper puts forward optimizing industrial structure to optimize crop vegetation carbon sequestration capacity, but should solve these problems, need the government and all the citizens through the joint efforts of society of Jiangxi Province, in security and the rapid economic development under the premise, the carbon emissions into the political, economic, social and scientific framework of integrated research.This paper takes Jiangxi region for the object, has researched the carbon sequestration capacity of crop of Jiangxi province. The paper has analyzed the rule of carbon dioxide emission of carbon source such as soil respiration and breath of Jiangxi province, what's more, the paper has estimated the balance between the absorbability and emission of carbon dioxide of Jiangxi province. The main results are as follows:The absorb amount of carbon dioxide by all types of crops is298429166t to75260005t from2003to2009.The ability of absorbing carbon dioxide of per unit area crop is difference. In general, the ability of high-stalked crops or long vine crop is higher than the dwarf. Economic output growth in the aerial is higher than it in the underground.In2009, the emission of carbon dioxide by crop soil is5802790t.It includes the CH4,which is21times of carbon dioxide. The emission of Paddy and vegetable soil is90.41%of total amount, the other is only9.59%.The emission of carbon dioxide by dry land crop soil is higher than the rice paddies. Economic output growth in the underground is higher than it in the aerial. The growth period is higher than the fallow period.The absorption of carbon dioxide is higher than the emission of it in the field of rice, sugar and melon fruit, they are carbon sink. But it is in the contrary of the other seven crops, they are carbon source.The absorption of carbon dioxide is lower than the emission of it in the growth period of cotton, hemp, tobacco. But it is in the contrary of the other seven crops. Most crops is carbon sink in the growth period, but carbon source in fallow period. In2009,all the crop absorb carbon dioxide27526004t in Jiangxi province, and emit1895736t. The net absorption is1229024t.Per unit area absorption is0.28t-hm-2a-1On atmospheric, Jiangxi province crop ecosystem is a poor carbon sink.
