Soluble organic nitrogen is an important part of soil nitrogen, and is the potentially availablenitrogen source in soil. This paper studied1the method compared experiment of soil SIN, SON.2Theseasonal change of SIN, SON, SAAN and its composition, MBN concentration with organic fertilizerand nitrogen fertilizer applied in Hunan, Chongqing and Hangzhou experiment with different amount oforganic fertilizer or nitrogen fertilizer. Through this study, the summary of the results were as followed:(1) In the experiment of SIN, SON extraction method comparation, SIN concentration extracted byH2O and2mol/L KCl in wet soil was the highest; SON extracted by0.5mol/L K2SO4was the highest. The concentration of SIN were significantly higher in80℃, but no significant difference between40℃and room temperature. After the soil dried in120℃, SIN and SON were significantly higher. Weselected H2O extract wet soil as SIN extraction methed, and0.5mol/L K2SO4extract air-dried soil asSON extraction methed.(2) In organic fertilizer experiment in Hunan, seasonal factor was the main factor of soil nitrogenconcentration. SIN was highest in Autumn and Winter, lowest in Spring. Soil SON concentration washighest in Spring, but lowest in Autumn. SAAN concentration was higher in Winter and Spring, lowestin Autumn. Fertilizer had no singnificantly effect to soil organic nitrogen, maybe because of the short offertilization amount and the long-term affect of soil nitrogen concentration by fertilizer. SINconcentration decreased sharply in Spring, and with the increase of fertilizer, SIN concentration had nosignificantly increase.(3) In chemical fertilizer experiment in Chongqing, seasonal factor was the major factor of SIN,SON, SAAN. The concentration of SIN was highest in spring, lowest in autumn. SON, SAAN washighest in the summer, lowest in winter. Fertilization had significatly affect on NO3--N, SIN in root area40-75cm. The concentration of SIN did not short in Spring.(4) In experiment of the influence of soil leaching nitrogen by different nitrogen fertilizer apply inHangzhou, SIN concentration were major in nitrate and was significantly effect by time, fertilizer, soilarea. SIN content was significantly effect by time, fertilizer, soil area and soil deep. SIN leachingcontent was significantly higher in40-75cm than in0-40cm from the root. In the further analyse,474kg/ha treatment could be suggested as the recommended fertilization. To summarize, there were seasonal changes of soil nitrogen concentration in the three experimentfield, but the trend of SIN and SON in three field were not the same, maybe related to the difference oftemperature, soil moisture content and type of fertilizer. With nitrogen fertilizer apply, NO3--Nconcentration increasing, but with organic fertilizer apply, no significant increase of soil nitrogencomponent. The leaching of nitrogen was major in nitrate nitrogen, with the increase of nitrogenfertilizer, the content of leaching nitrogen increasing.
