Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lamcealata (Lamb.) Hook) is recommended as the most importanttimber tree species in south China. Continuously plantation of Chinese fir has been shown to leadto low productivity and deterioration of forest ecological environment deterioration. Many studiesindicated that a major factor for these consequences is the self-poisoning effects of Chinese fir. Inthis study, we use germination experiment of Chinese fir seed as Biological detection method, andanalyze the various nitrogen sources which in different stages have biochemical effect on Fir seedgermination. The result was used to evaluate that biochemical substance of Chinese fir which indifferent stages have effect on Chinese fir plantation. At the same time, it adds new study materialfor the research of self-poisoning of Chinese fir. This study shows that:1,After Chinese fir root were decomposing for three months, using NH4Cl dealing withlittle-polar allelochemicals which Compared with the decomposition of distilled water, havedifferent degrees promotion effects on Chinese fir seed absolute germination, absolute sproutpotential, seed radicle length, hypocotyl length, but it has different degrees allelopathic effects onseed fresh weight. Using NH4Cl dealing with polar allelochemicals have different degreespromotion effects on Chinese fir seed absolute germination and absolute sprout potential, but ithave different degrees allelopathic effects on seed hypocotyl length and fresh weight. UsingNaNO3dealing with little-polar allelochemicals have different degrees promotion effects onChinese fir seed absolute germination, but using it dealing with polar allelochemicals havedifferent degrees promotion effects on Chinese fir seed absolute germination, but it has differentdegrees allelopathic effects on seed fresh weight.2,After Chinese fir root were decomposing for six months, using NH4Cl dealing withlittle-polar allelochemicals which Compared with the decomposition of distilled water, havedifferent degrees promotion effects on Chinese fir seed absolute germination and fresh weight. Butusing it dealing with polar allelochemical has different degrees promotion effects on seed absolutegermination, radicle length and fresh weight. Using NaNO3dealing with little-polarallelochemicals have different degrees promotion effects on Chinese fir seed absolutegermination, absolute sprout potential, hypocotyl length and fresh weight, but it have differentdegrees allelopathic effects on seed dry weight. Using NaNO3dealing with polar allelochemicalshave different degrees promotion effects on Chinese fir seed absolute germination, radicle length, hypocotyl length, fresh weight and dry weight, but it has different degrees allelopathic effects onChinese fir seed absolute sprout potential. 3,After Chinese fir root were decomposing for nine months, using NH4Cl dealing withlittle-polar allelochemicals which Compared with the decomposition of distilled water, havedifferent degrees promotion effects on Chinese fir seed absolute germination, absolute sproutpotential, radicle length, hypocotyl length, fresh weight and dry weight. But using it dealing withpolar allelochemical has different degrees promotion effects on seed hypocotyl length, freshweight and dry weight. Using NaNO3dealing with little-polar allelochemicals have differentdegrees promotion effects on Chinese fir seed absolute germination, absolute sprout potential, hypocotyl length. Using NaNO3dealing with polar allelochemicals have different degreesallelopathic effects on Chinese fir seed absolute germination, absolute sprout potential, radiclelength, fresh weight and dry weight, but it has different degrees promotion effects on seedhypocotyl length.
