The drought is the impact of corn production to enhance the first limiting factor. Inaddition to engineering measures, agronomic measures, biological measures to alleviate thedrought caused corn crop is an important way. Drought resistance against reverse geneticmaterial identification and evaluation is an important issue of genetically modified droughtbreeding and cultivation. In many previous studies often overlook the field identification ofgenetically modified material in the process of planting in the field will show a range of issuesaffecting the expression of the gene isolation or gene silencing. Against the reversal ofgenetically modified corn material for field identification and evaluation is necessary, but alsorelated to the transgenic breeding.In this study,109anti-retroviral gene maize as test material, the systematic investigationof the agronomic traits of corn plants in the drought of water control and irrigation twotreatment conditions, physiological indicators and yield traits through statistical analysis ofthe following conclusions:1.The drought index as the core, auxiliary agronomic traits (ASI, the aging index of leafarea), the key physiological indicators (chlorophyll SPAD) corn materials drought resistanceidentification technology index system. Morphological indexes of the different anti-retroviralgenetic material for analysis, the results show that:2.Yield results with the drought index of109were to analyze the preliminaryidentification and evaluation of109GM maize materials for anti-reversal and classification,to get a good drought resistance of materials, K11YLT193, K11YLT13125; K11YLT89,K11YLT19312346drought resistance in general materials; K11YLT97, K11YLT3938drought resistance of materials.3.Apparent under different water supply anti-retroviral gene maize traits of male andfemale flowering interval of chlorophyll SPAD values and leaf area were analyzed further109were further drought resistance evaluation.
