The objects of this research were24ewes in the second parity and their1day lambs.Through the determination of daily milk yield and the lambs body weight, we researched thelactation regularity of ewe at2~75d after delivery and weight growth rules of lamb from1day to75day systematacially. These could provide basic research material for cultivatingscheme of ewes and lambs in lactation period. This research included two independentexperiments.Experiment l: Research on lactation rules of Shaanbei white cashmere goat from2d to75d after deliveryTo reveal lactation rules of Shaanbei white cashmere goat from2d to75d after delivery,we took24ewes in second parity as research objects and took one ewe as one repeat tomeasure its daily milk yield. By statistical analysis of the ewes' milk yield from2d to75dafter delivery, we drew the lactation curve, used the Wood Model fitting lactation curve, studied the influence of lambs sex and birth weight on ewes lactation performance. Theresults showed that:1. The total milk yield of Shaanbei white cashmere goats from2d to75d after deliverywas60.99±7.33kg, the average daily milk yield was824.25±99.11g.2. The lactation curve of Shaanbei white cashmere goat from2d to75d after deliverywas consistent with the Wood model and milk yields can be estimated with the equation:Y=515.6445t0.2976e-0.0144t(R2=0.8015)。3. The total milk yields of7ewes reproduced male lambs and17ewes reproduced femalelambs were63.46±6.23kg and58.51±7.06kg from2d to75d after delivery, respectively. And the total milk yields improved8.46%. But lambs sex had no significant effects on milkyield and lactation curve parameters.4. The total milk yield of ewes group reproduced larger birth weight lambs and ewesgroup reproduced smaller birth weight lambs were62.80±6.05kg and59.19±8.29kg from2d to75d after delivery respectively. The total milk yields improved6.10%. But birth weighthad no significant effects on milk yield and lactation curve parameters.5. The lactation curve of Shaanbei white cashmere goat had characteristics as follows: the daily milk yield increased slowly before the peak milk yield; the peak yield was smaller andappeared later; the milk yield decreased slowly after the peak yield and the lactationcontinuous force was stronger.Experiment2: Research on weight growth rules of Shaanbei white cashmere goat lambsin lactation periodWe took24lambs (1-day-old) as research objects, measured body weight accuratelyevery day, drew the curves of cumulative growth, absolute growth speed and relative growthspeed. At last we analysed the weight growth rules of Shaanbei white cashmere goat lambsduring lactation period. The results showed that:1. The weight of lambs presented approximately linear curve change with time from1dto75d. Besides, the cumulative growth of lambs was positively related to cumulative milkyield of ewes (r=0.9989).2. The daily gain of lambs rose fast with the increase of age before10d, decreased fast in11~20days and tended to be gently in21~75days. The rate of increase of daily gain were61.9g/d,-15.1g/d,-4.3g/d in these stage.3. The relative growth speed of lambs was biggest in early time after birth, thendecreased persistently with age. In this time it decreased fast before30days, and sloweddown obviously after the age of30days;4. According to the research results, we suggested two targeted improvement measureswhich improved feed quality and gave supplementary feeding more earlier for current lambfeeding scheme. Combining with supplementary feeding time, we presented3improvedschemes.
