The proposes of this test are to isolate the endophytic actinomycetes from wheat, and toclassify and identify. to research characteristics to provide theory for further study.4strains of actinomycetes were isolated by dilution plate method. they showed wideantibacterial spectrum. The results of the secondary screening by growth rate method werethat:2stains possess sustained inhibition activity against pathogenic fungins offered. these2strains were chosen for the next study. The preventing disease and growth-promoting effects of them were studied ingreenhouse. The results showed the inhibition rate of2strains against Alternaria alternatareached to45.65%and45.43%respectively and. reached to45.65%and45.43%respectivelyagainst Gaeumannomyces graminis val.tritici. Besides, the growth-promoting effect on wheatplant is significant.2isolates were primarily classified by their morphology and16S rDNAsequence analysis and cell wall amino acid analysis by TLC. The2strains were classified togenera of Streptomyces. For biological control, the plant endophytic bacteria can protect environment, reducechemical pollution. What's more, it plays an active role in the field of ecology and sociology. Thus, this review make sense for the sustainable control of Plant disease.
