Accompanied by the rapid development of intensive aquaculture, diseaseprevention and control is more and more difficult, which seriously impact on thedevelopment of livestock. The mucosa of livestock and poultry, as the placedirecting contact with the external environment, is the main part invaded the body bypathogenic microorganisms. Intestinal mucosal system is one of the most importantlystructures and barrier, what can to resist the invasion of all kinds of pathogenicmicroorganisms, prevented the occurrence of variety of diseases. The infection of theMuscovy duck's MDRV can lead to excessive apoptosis of plasma cells, T cells, lymphocytes that exist in the Muscovy duck's bursa of fabricius, thymus and othercentral immune organs, liver, spleen, kidney and loaded with peripheral immuneorgans, PP junction, cecal tonsil and other digestive and respiratory tract mucosalimmune tissue. The astragalus polysaccharide containing a variety of substances withbiological activities that can promote the differentiation and proliferation oflymphocytes, induced by the secretion of various cytokines, promoted the generationof antibodies and so forth, which regulate the body's immunity function and will notlead to residues of drug, with a wide range of application value. So the study for howto achieve the protection and regulation of intestinal mucosal immune system of theMuscovy about APS when invade MDRV, which bring far-reaching significance forthe effective prevention and control the infection of MDRV. For this purpose, themodel of incidence of natural infection of MDRV by establishing in this study, whichto explore the protection and immunity regulatory role of APS with Muscovy duck'smucosa of intestinal when infected with MDRV. Experiment Muscovy duck wasdivied into four groups as NCG, ICG, ACG, APG. It is to carry out mathematicalStatistics of significant differences With compare the relationship between the groups. It is to explore the impact of the dynamic changes of amylase and protease activity, duodenum, jejunum, ileum intestinal structure, intraepithelial lymphocytes, goblet cells in intestinal mucosa, and secretary capacity what intestinal mucosal secretedSIgA, IL-6,IL-4, IL-15, IFN-γ, TNF-α, TNF-βabout APS when infected by MDRV.The following findings:(1): It decrease muscle layer thickness, villous height, crypt depth,V/C ratioof the Muscovy duck's duodenum, jejunum and ileum, shedding Villas epithelium, decrease reduce the number of intraepithelial lymphocytes and goblet cells wheninfected by MDRV, which is will damage the Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosalimmunity function and obstructed restoration. APS can effectively delay andantagonistic to damage to Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosal immune when infectedwith MDRV and promote repair of damaged mucosa to protect the function of theintestinal mucosal immune. In healthy controls, APS can also be effective to promotethe growth of the Muscovy duck's duodenum, jejunum, ileum muscular layerthickness, villous height, crypt depth and the hyperplasia of intraepitheliallymphocytes and goblet cell.(2) It can severely inhibit protease and amylase activity in the Muscovy duck'sintestinal mucosa when infected by MDRV, resulting in the malabsorption ofMuscovy duck's intestinal mucosa. APS can effectively delay and antagonistic toinhibition of enzyme activity with infection of Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosa, after infection, it is can effectively recover protease and amylase activity of theintestinal mucosa. In healthy controls, the promotion of protease and amylase activityin the Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosa with APS is not obvious.(3) It can severely inhibit the ability of the Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosasecreted SigA when infected by MDRV. APS can effectively delay and antagonistic toinhibition of the ability of the Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosa to secret SigA wheninfected with MDRV. In healthy controls, the role of the ability of the Muscovy duck'sintestinal mucosa secreted SigA with APS is not obvious.(4) It can increase significantly the level of Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosasecreted TNF-β, IL-6, IL-15in the early, and reduce extremely the level of Muscovyduck's intestinal mucosa secreted TNF-β, IL-6, IL-15subsequently, that issignificant compared with the control group, reduce significantly the level ofMuscovy duck's intestinal mucosa secreted IL-4, IFN-γ, TNF-α, it is significantlycompared with the control group, when is infected by MDRV. APS can effectivelydelay and antagonistic to inhibition of the ability of the Muscovy duck's intestinalmucosa secreted IL-6, IL-15, IL-4, IFN-γwhen infected by MDRV. The function of the Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosa secreted TNF-α, TNF-βis not obvious wheninfected by MDRV. In healthy controls, the regulating action of the ability of theMuscovy duck's intestinal mucosa secreted IL-6,IL-4,IL-15,IFN-γ,TNF-α,TNF-β with APS is not obvious. The results show that it can lead to be more significant destruction of Muscovyduck 's immune system of intestinal mucosal, reduce the function of cellular andhumeral immune in Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosal, hint the function of immunerestoration to Muscovy duck 's immune system of intestinal mucosal, when infectedby MDRV. APS can enhance certainly the function of Muscovy duck's intestinalmucosal immune, promote the ability of immune restoration of mucosa of intestinalthat is damaged, slow down effectively severely compromised immensely suppressionof Muscovy duck's intestinal mucosa that is caused by MDRV. This result provides atheoretical basis and technical support that the prevention and control of MDRV byPolysaccharide in the clinical.
