After Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica forest was established in Yulin sandy area, soilfertility present a rising trend, soil ecological environment of this area keeps improving. Inorder to study the change rules of soil biological properties in Yunlin sandy area, in this paper, take the wind-drift sand soil as the comparison, use method of indoor analysis andmathematical statistic, the soil samples from different plantation ages (7,15,23,31year),different sand dunes (interdune land, leeward slope, windward slope, dune top), different layers(0~5cm,5~25cm,25~50cm) and root around (root surface, rhizosphere, bulk) werecollected by random, the change rule of soil biological properties and several basicphysi-chemical properties of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica forestland were researched. Byusing the combining method of correlation analysis and variance analysis, to research soilbiological properties of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica forestland in Yulin sandy areacomprehensively. Get the following several research conclusions:1. Soil biological properties of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica forestland showdifferent as the plantation ages change. Along with the plantation age increase, soil bacteriumincreased exponentially, soil actinomycetes, fungi, catalase activity, invertase activity, alkalinephosphatase activity, urease activity were assumed parabola as a whole. Soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycete, invertase activity, alkaline phosphatase activity show significant differences indifferent plantation ages; soil catalase activity, urease activity were not significant in differentplantation ages; biological crust decreased as the plantation age increased.2. Soil biological properties of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica forestland were differenton different sand dunes. Soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycete, catalase activity, sucrase enzymeactivity, alkaline phosphatase activity, urease activity and biological crust show a basicalchange trend of interdune land>leeward slope>windward slope>dune top, and thedifference between different sand dunes were significant.3. Soil biological properties of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica forestland were differentin different layers. Soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycete, invertase activity, alkaline phosphataseactivity decreased as soil layers increased, the difference between different soil layers reachedsignificant or extremely significant level; the differences of catalase activity and ureaseactivity between different soil layers were not significant. 4. Soil biological properties of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica forestland showed adistinct difference in the rooting zone. Soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycete, catalase activity, sucrase enzyme activity, alkaline phosphatase activity and urease activity showed: rootsurface soil>rhizosphere soil>bulk soil, and the difference between root surface soil, rhizosphere soil, bulk soil all reached significant or extremely significant level.5. Compared with the wind-drift sand soil, soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycete quantity, invertase activity, alkaline phosphatase activity increased sharply. The quantity of soilmicroorganism showed: soil bacteria was major, actinomycetes was the second smallest, andfungi was the least.6. The difference between soil actinomycetes and water content, fungi and alkalinephosphatase activity, urease activity, organic matter, catalase activity and urease activityshowed an extremely significant positive correlation level; the difference between soilbactaria and organic matter, actinomycetes and sucrase enzyme activity, fungi and catalaseactivity, catalase activity and sucrase, alkaline phosphatase activity, alkaline phosphataseactivity and urease activity, organic matter showed a significant positive correlation level; soilbulk density and porosity presented an obvious negative correlation level.
