| Drying rapeseed is an important part of its production. It will lay a significant foundation for its quality and direct in the drying field. However, the rapeseed harvest often happens in the rainfall season, so its drying depends on the sunshine which way could be influenced by the climate greatly. Therefore, that improving rapeseeds' drying mechanization and intelligent will play a significant part in promoting the rapeseeds'quality.The study object is cylinder rapeseed dryer in this paper. The non-linear random process with large inertia and pure delay influenced by temperature and wind speed is also studied. The rapeseed dryer and its intelligent control system have been designed, the test on temperature and wind speed which influenced rapeseed drying have been finished, the algorithm about controlling temperature has been improved in this paper. The main contest is following:(1) After the research status and its development trend at home and abroad on rapeseed drying and its intelligent control system will be summarized, the cylinder dryer is used to dry rapeseed and self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm is used to realize temperature-controlling intelligently.(2) The mechanical structure of the cylinder rapeseed dryer will be designed. Here, the roller is used to drive the cylinder rotating, the fan fixed on the cylinder's axis will blow the heated wind into the cylinder, rapeseed in the cylinder are thrown and sprinkled by the lifting board, which realized the rapeseed drying.(3) The circuit of intelligent rapeseed drying control system will be designed, including the temperature and water content detection circuit, zero-voltage regulating and comparing circuit, wind and cylinder control circuit, the heated equipment control circuit and so on;(4) The algorithm on intelligent rapeseed drying control system will be studied. The temperature will be controlled by conventional PID and self-adaptive fuzzy PID respectively. Through the simulation test by Matlab, the difference about robustness and strong noise immunity as well as static&dynamic performance between conventional PID and self-adaptive fuzzy PID can be compared and analyzed. Then from that, which control algorithm can be chosen to dry rapeseed.(5) Do some experiment about the cylinder dryer and figure out the optimal drying condition when the designed dryer is used to dry rapeseed. |
