Studied up on the male genitalias of304species belongs to85genera of27subfamilies for Braconidae and analyzed the characters'states matrix by Phylip3.69program to explore and attempt to test the credibility and availability in the classification and phylogeny. This paper introduced the cladograms of Helconoid-lineag, Braconoid-lineage, Microgastrinae and Braconidae and deals with their patterns and features. Then we came the following recognitions:(1) The subfamilies and subfamily groups clustered obviously by male genitalias morphology characters studying of the Braconidae. And we get conclusions largely to agree withthe classification of the conclusions analyzed by traditional morphological and molecular data, which verified the significant meaning in the of the classification of male genitalia morphological characters.(2) The cladograms were showed obvious clustering phenomenon. The trees of Helconoid-lineag were splited into two main branches. The genera of subfamilies of Doryetinae and Braconinae clustered together, and the subfamilies of Hormiinae, Exothnecinae, Lysiterminae, Rhogadinae clustered together, and Microgastrinae trees were formationed by two branches of (Cotesiini+Microplitini) and (Microgastrini+Apantelini).(3) Discussed the classification and phylogeny of Braconidae inferred from12male genitalia characters, Braconidae could be divided into3lineages(subfamilies group), namely Braconoid-lineage (Cyclostomes), Microgastroid-lineage and Helconoid-lineage, which were largely agreement to the formerly classification conclusion.(4) But tree position of the subfamily Trachypetinae was not sure, to put which subfamilies group were indeterminate.
