Objective:To seek out influencing on risk factors perioperative cardiac events in patients underwent non-cardiac surgery and analyze the correlation between its. To help benefit for surgical anesthesia and clinical treatment work to take more effective interventions. Methods:Two hundred and twenty-three patients with coronary artery disease who underwent non-cardiac procedures between April 2008 and December 2009 were selected. Adverse cardiovascular events of intraoperation and postoperation were registered. The patients were divided into two groups depending on happened or not adverse cardiovascular events. The multifactorial cardiac risk index was obtained by stepwise logistic regression analysis. Results:Preoperative ST segment depression> or =0.05mV, unstable angina pectoris, Hb<100g/L, hypertension, years of age>70, smoking, diabetes, ejection fraction (EF)>or=50%, heart function III castes, myocardial infarction, heightened fibrinogen was higher than that in patients without adverse cardiovascular events(P<0.05), and that manifested positive correlation. Conclusion:Preoperative ST segment depression>or=0.05mV, unstable angina pectoris, Hb<100g/L, diabetes, ejection fraction(EF)>or=50%, myocardial infarction, heightened fibrinogen was major risk factors of the perioperative cardiovascular in elderly patients with coronary artery disease underwent major non-cardiac surgery.
