Objective:Explore three serum tumor marker (including the CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1) detection for lung cancer early diagnosis, treatment, and compare the clinical significance of single detection and joint test methods to improve the superiority of joint test sensitivity and specific degrees. Methods:Through case review and investigation and analysis on the electrochemical luminescence immunoassay analysis technology determination 154 cases of patients with lung cancer (lung cancer group),81 cases of pulmonary benign disease patients (benign lesions group),40 patients the healthy check-up of serum CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 level. Results:CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1 in the serum of patients with lung cancer, respectively (6.22±2.81ug/L), (11.19±3. 15ug/L), (5.63±2.04ug/L), were higher than benign group (2.18±0.63ug/L), (6.74±1. 84ug/L), (2.72±0.92ug/L) and healthy group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). For the different histological type, CEA in lung cancer patients was (8.81±3.13 ug/L) with squamous cell carcinoma of the lung (4.39±1.09ug/L) and non-small cell carcinoma (3.33±1.31ug/L) higher expression, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). NSE in small cell cancer patients was (13.38±4.61ug/L) with adenocarcinoma of the lung (9.15±2.59ug/L) and lung squamous cell carcinoma (12.68±4.28ug/L) higher expression, the difference was statistically significance (all P<0.01). CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer patients was (5.95±1.97ug/L) in lung adenocarcinoma with (5.28±1.82ug/L) small-cell lung cancer (5.87±0.87ug/L) higher expression, the difference There were significant (P<0.01). Three markers in lung cancer sensitivity of 96.10%and specificity was 85.95%. Conclusion:The serum CYFRA21-1, CEA and NSE of joint test and helps can improve the sensitivity of lung cancer early diagnosis, treatment, and guidance for differentiating pathological type has certain significance.
