Research objectiveThrough making a survey on the residents of Xinxing Street about their knowledge, attitude and practice of the Influenza and their demand for health services and evaluation of the work of community prevention and control the influenza, we want to find out the influencing factors of residents recognizing and treating the influenza and propose influenza prevention and control measures for providing information support and decision to Tianjin establishing suitable community prevention and control mechanisms of the influenza.Research methodsIn the basis of the literature search result, I designed a questionnaire first. And then, I used the stratified sampling method to select 650 residents from 6 communities of Xinxing Street in Tianjin Heping District to have a self-administered answer to the questionnaire. And then, I used the descriptive analysis and chi-square test to have a statistical analysis of the survey data. And at last, combining with the results of literature survey, I proposed the community prevention and control of the influenza.Research resultsOf all the community health service, improving the physician skills is the residents'first choose, accounting for 53.73% and the second choose is improving the service attitude, accounting for 20.07%. The residents'accuracy of the knowledge of the influenza is 85.82%. The residents'rate of positive response to the influenza is 68.68%. The residents of different ages, occupations and education have different cognition about the influenza and the residents'behavioral styles vary between different ages and genders, by Chi-square test, P<0.05 and the difference is statistically significant.34.33% of the residents hope the community can strengthen their consciousness of the influenza'prevention and control through television, radio, internet, etc. And 32.67% of the residents selected doctor visits and 21.06% of the residents prefer the expert lectures.24.05% of residents believe that the community reporting the information of the influenza is not timely, adequate and true enough. 38.64% of the residents suffer from the chronic disease including the hypertension, diabetes and gastrointestinal disease, etc.Conclusion and SuggestionsThe community health-care institutions should improve the level of influenza prevention and control further and strengthen the health education and implement the rights and obligations of the residents prevention and control the influenza and complete the grade electronic health records.
