Clinical Research On Replenishing Qi Invigorating Spleen And Clearing Damp Treatment Of Diarrhea In Patients After Colorectal Concer Surgery

Objective:Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,with Traditional Chinese Medieine as treatment method, this subject took defecation function and integral syndrome efficacy score in the near future as the main therapy criteria in order to get objective and fair evaluation of the treatment of Shen Ling Bai Zhu San(SLBZS) on patients with diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery.Through the study to provide a more effective treatment method,so as to explore values of Chinese medicine in perioperative colorectal cancer, improve clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on such patients,and provide a new approach for the treatment of diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:Choice of 60 patients with diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery were divided into treatment and control groups,treatment group of 30 cases,30 cases in the control group. The treatment group:using SLBZS decoction to replenish qi invigorate spleen and clear damp to stop diarrhea,one month in a row for a course of treatment. The control group: Smectite Powder, each 3.0g, 3 times a day, one month in a row for a course of treatment.The therapeutic efficacy was analyzed and evaluated comprehensively depending on integral syndrome efficacy score and a defecation check table developed from the Xu Zhongfa′s 5-item 10-integrable system.Results:After treatment, the total improvements of defecation function in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01orP<0.05); improvements of the main and subsidiary syndrome are better than those in the control group(P<0.01orP<0.05). Conclusion:Replenishing qi invigorating spleen and clearing damp can provide effective treatmen for the therapy of diarrhea in patients after colorectal cancer surgery,improve defecation function,reduce complications and improve their living quality.
