Objective:To summarize the outcome and experience of combined valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) by comparing clinical outcomes of valve diseases combined with coronary heart diseases in patients over or below 65 years old.Methods:From 2008 to 2010,46 patients with valvular disease associated with coronary heart disease received cardiac surgery, the surgery are all under general anesthesia and extracorporeal circulation.Results:The hospital mortality rate was 15.2%(7/46), the primary cause of death cardiac arrest, there were ere post-operative complications including bleeding(including the second open-chest surgery in 2 cases), remaining 39 cases(including the second open-chest surgery in 2 cases) discharging after recovery smoothly.Conclusion:Combined CABG and valve replacement is an effective way for treatment of coronary artery and valvular heart disease. Improving the heart function preoperatively, to make the myocardial ischemia get blood, can significantly improve patients with symptoms, improving survival, the surgery is effective and feasible, Recent effect is satisfactory, Valve replacement combined with CABG is safe for patients order than 65 years old.
