| Objective:To observe the curative effect of Doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation with surrounded suture and suspension (DGHAL with SSS) for the treatment to prolapsed hemorrhoid and discuss its mechanism.Metbods:forty-eight patients of 2nd or 3th stage mixted hemorrhoids were divided into two groups with the principles of randomized controlled.Treatment group (23 cases)was treated by DGHAL with SSS;Control group (25 cases) was treated by conventional surgery (Milligan-Morgan). The clinical treatment effects and complications were compared between the two groups,such as overall efficacy, time of operation, blood loss in operation, postoperative complications, wound healing time, hospital duration,anal function, anal bulge and so on.Results:the overall clinical efficacy, bleeding and prolapse in one month, edema of anal margin, bowel, anal function and anal bulge were not different(P>0.05). Postoperative anus pain and urine, bleeding in 3 days, blood loss in operation, time of operation, hospital duration,wound healing time in the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compare to conventional surgery,DGHAL with SSS has the similar curative effect. At the same time,it can protect anal function well,reduce the postoperative complications. Doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation while anal cushions shift repair, do not do substantive incision, so it can obviously improve the cure rate, speed the wound healing time. So,It's an effective and safe procedure. |
