| Purpose:To observe the Qufeng Zhike decotion clinical efficancy for cough variant asthma, and explore the mechanism that the Qufeng Zhike decotion for acute through the observation to indicators of IgE.Methods:To divide the 60 cases of AC into two groups randomly,30 cases are in treatment group, only to treat with the Qufeng Zhike decotion;another 30 cases are in control group, treat with Loratadine and pentoxyverine,then to observe the indicators of patient'syndrome scores, IgE, Eos and the main symptom scores, etc.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group is 86.67%, control group 76.67%, the difference has statistical significances; before and after the treatment, symptom scores, and IgE in both the treatment group and control group have been improved, however, the the treatment group improves more distinctly than the control group, which has statiscal significance before and after the treatment; the Eos in both the treatment group have been improved, however the treatment group than in the control group improvement was no significant different.Conclusion:The wind cough is the main types of acute cough, the Qufeng Zhike decotion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of pations, also cangreatly reduc pations'allergic reaction level, improve their cough, throat itching and other major symptoms, and enhance the quality of their daily life,thereby advanding the clinical efficancy. |
