| Objective:To research the action of the prescription of reinforcing kidney and assisting pregnancy on infertility and early abortion due to luteal phase deficiency (kidney asthenia and liver qi depression or boold stasis type), and further, to estimate the clinical efficiency and to evaluate the mechanism of this treatment.Methods:the 21 patients according with diagnosis standards have been treated by the prescription for 3 menstrual cycles. All women were detected by transvaginal color flow pulsed Doppler during midluteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Venous blood for estradiol and progesterone and luteinizing hormone were drawn on the day of Doppler exam. The main outcome measures:clinical symytoms, BBT, sex hormone in midluteal phase resistance of blood flow about the urine and ovarian arteries in midluteal phase, and intimal thickness in midluteal phase.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate is 95.2%,recovery rate is 33.3%,and the pregnancy rate is 28.6%.The clinical symptom and BBT are obviously improved(P<0.05).The P and LH in midluteal phase are significantly raised(P<0.01).Accordingly, the resistance of blood flow about the urine and ovarian arteries is markedly decreased(P<0.05).Endometrial thickness is notably increased(P<0.01).Furthermore, there is a negative correlation between LH level and PI and RI,but a positive correlation between LH level(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):The clinical efficiency of the prescriptior is effective.The main clinical manifestations are kidney asthenia and liver qi depression, or blood stasis type. The resistance of blood flow about the urine and ovarian arteries is increased which is one of the path mechanism with LPD.The Mechanism Of Action:to reduce the resistance of blood flow in midluteal phase, and thus to increase priming volume of blood flow about the uterine and ovarian arteries, making for the maturing of the luteal function and endometrium, and thus increasing the pregnancy rate. |
