| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the way of nourishing renal Yin, prouducing the body fuid and remove blood stasis in the treatment of Primary Sjogren's syndrome, and explore its functional mechanism in order to provide a new way for the treatment of the Primary Sjogren's syndrome.Methods:Using double-blind design, This study included 35 patients with Primary Sjogren's syndrome. They were further divided into two subgroups randomly,with the treatment group (20 patients) taking prescription medicine granules; the contrast group (15 patients) placebo formulation granules. Both groups were interviewed every two weeks and followed up for 6 weeks. Patients'clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory changes before and after treatment were then examined.Result:1.synthetic effect:The totol effect of the treatment group is 90%,and the contrast group is 40%.There is a significant diference(P<0.05).2.1mrroving symptoms,reducing laboratory indicators:Obvious improvement in the treating of dry mouth,dry eyes and other cinical symtoms and enhancing the quantity of tears flow rate,reduce the time containing sweets in the treatment group much better than the cantrast group,there is a significant diference(P<0.05),but in improving the Erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid factor,immunoglobuoin and other laboratory indicators,the reslts are not significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:Granule nourishing renal Yin, prouducing the body fuid and remove blood stasis can significantly improve pSS patients'clinical symptoms and sign,the integrated effect was significantly higher for the treatment group,and no toxic side effects of western medicine.Therefore Tips:The way of nourishing renal Yin, prouducing the body fuid and remove blood stasis can is effective in improving the pSS'clinical symptoms, control disease, improve patient quality of life in, and there is better security, however it is worth further exploration and research. |
