| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chu Shi Yin on eczema(Damp-heat) and the influence of 5-HT in the serum. Providing a better curative effect,more convinient and no toxic and side effect therapy for the clinics。Methods:Effect of 62 patients were observed. Setting up two groups in random,31 cases in treatment group which have oral administration of Chu Shi Yin,31 cases in comparison group which have oral administration of Ku Shen Pills, with eight-week course of treatment. Detect 5-HT level by Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent AssayResults:①.the total efficency rate in treatment group is 77% and the comparison group is 45%,having the remarkable difference (p<0.01).②the EASI scores are significantly improved in the treatment group(p<0.01) Compared with the control group,the difference is remarkable (p<0.05).③The degree of itching are significantly improved in the treatment group(p<0.01), better than the second group (p<0.05).④The treatment group significantly increased the ratio of patients 5-HT(p<0.01), Compared with the control group, no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:①chu shi yin have a better effect on eczema(Damp-heat) than Ku Shen Pills.②chu shi yin can adjust the level of disorder in 5-HT... |
