The Curative Effect Of Using Omerazole And Somatosatin Alone Or Jointly In Treament Of Nanvariceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective:To observe the effect of using omeprazole and octreotide alone in treatment of nonvariceal upper gastrointesinal bleeding. To discuss the effect of using omeprazole and octreotide alone and jointly in treatment of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding, reduce the patient pain, reduce the hemorrhage rate, reduct in hospital time, raise the clinical cure rate, Instruct the clinical medication.Method:1.To divide the in-patient into 3groups randomizedly, a group applies alone omeprazole, in one week to observe the patient clinical symptoms routine stool test and occult blood,PH of stomach tube dainage fluid,bleeding time and the healing situation of the focus under gastroscope; another group appies alone somatostatin, in one week to observe the patient clinical symptoms, routine stool test and occult blood, PH of stomach tube drainage fluid, bleeding time and the healing situation jointly, in one week to observe the patient clinical symptoms, routine stool test and occult blood, PH of stomach tube drainage fluid, bleeding time and the healing situation of the focus under gastroscope.2.To observe the time of haematemesis and melna of the three group of patients, to observe the effects of differnt treatment method. 3.To observe the fluid drainaged by stomach tube, the observation item inclucles: coff-ground emesis, freshblood, bleeding time and PH value. To observe the effects of different treatment method.4.To observe by gastroscope after three days of stanch:to observe three group patients about active bleeding and the healthing situation of the focus. To judge bleeds whether to stop truly, to observe the effect of using omeprazole and somatosatim alone or jointly in treatment of the focus.5.To observe the chang of different treatment method in the three groups, the change include the pulse, blood pressure, gurgling sound and so on.Result:The effective rate of using omeprazole and octreotide alone was 85% and 65% in treatment of nonvariceal upper gastrointesinal bleeding. The effective rate of using omeprazole and octreotide jointly was 97.5% in treatment of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(P<0.05).There were no statistics differences.The average hemostasis time of 16±5h in jointy was shorter than the time of20±5h and 23±6h of using octreotide and octreotide alone(P<0.05), There were statistics differences.Conclusion:1.The effect of using omeprazole alone was worse than the effect of using octreotide alone, and the result has a statistics difference. This treatment can be used for treatment of Mild or Major nonvariceal upper gastrointesinal bleeding. This method can not only stop bleeding, but also reduce the economic burden.2.The effect of using omeprazole and octreotide jointly in treatment of nonvariceal upper gastroin testinal bleeding was better. The method can be used in treating the major nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and it can reduce bleeding time and patient's in hospital time. Reduces the hemorrhage rate.
