Effectiveness Analysis Of Fangxiang Wentong Decoction Treat Bypass Of Femoral-Popliteal Artery With Atherosclerosis

Purpose:To discuss the feasibility of Fangxiang Wentong decoction treat bypass of Femoral-popliteal Artery.Methods and materrials:34 cases of bypass of Femoral—popliteal Artery atherosclerosis,18 cases were treated with Fangxiang Wentong decoction, who were treaded 2 years,includes 2 course of treatment,90 days per course of treatment.16 cases were as control group.The ABI and ultrasound examine were detected.Results:The total effective rate of Fangxiang Wentong decoction group was 70.58%(1 year) and 58.82%(2 year),it's better than control group,56.25%(1 year),37.5%(2 year).ABI of Fangxiang Wentong decoction group (0.67±0.18,0.59±0.20) better than control group (0.43±0.22,0.38±0.19).And the patency rate (2 years) of Fangxiang Wentong decoction group(58.82%) better than control group(31.25%)Conclusions:The Fangxiang Wentong decoction treat bypass of Femoral-popliteal Artery with Atherosclerosis can stabilized atherosis plaque and prolong the open time of bypass.
