Controlled Clinical Research Of Vitamin AD And Vitamin E On Their Preventive Effects Upon Neonatal Red-buttock In NICU Patients

Objective:(1) To reduce the incidence of neonatal red buttock and protect the skin of neonatal hip.(2) To research of Vitamin AD and Vitamin E on their preventive effects upon neonatal red buttock, to find out the difference of their preventive effects.(3) To explore the relative factors of neonatal red buttock in NICU patients.(4) To findout practical preventions of neonatal red buttock universally,especially in NICU patients.Method:Controlled clinical research and medical records survey were used in this study. First, the patients in NICU were randomly divided into three groups by randomized block design in controlled clinical research:controlled group, Vitamin E group and Vitamin AD group, performed formal clinical trials, then observed and compared the two vitamins' preventive effects upon neonatal red buttock. second,horizontal and vertical surveys were hired in medical records survey, including the second quarter season in 2009, the third season in 2007 and 2008,survey the incidences of neonatal red buttock in NICU patients.Third, compared the clinical results with the surveyed findings, analysed carefully to verify the feasibility of this study, the superiority of its results.Results:(1) Controlled clinical research:The research datas showed that the two vitamins had perfect preventive effects on neonatal red buttock. Vitamin E can not only prevent neonatal red buttocks, but also treat mild and moderate ones,but Vitamin AD can not perform the later role of Vitamin E.so has Vitamin E better preventive effects than Vitamin AD.(2) The clinical trial datas also indicated:When we put all the three groups datas in the analysis of neonatal red buttock occuring factors,the incidence of neonatal red buttock was mainly relatived with the way of care inventions, the type of diseases that suffered in patients, the frequency of patients' abnormal stool continually, and admission interval of patients. As we placed the sets of data which from blocks of red buttock in the analysis model, only were the way of care inventions and neonatal weight considerd to be the main factors.but as the information of vitamin E group was delected, the main factors of neonatal red buttock changed to be the type of diseases suffered in patients and the frequency of patients'abnormal stool continually, correlation degree of the care interventions was reduced.(3) Medical records survey showed:When routine-neonatal interventions were applied to care neonatal patients' hip,neonatal red buttocks occurred regularly,the incidence rate had no significantly statistical differences with the controlled group datas in clinical research.(4) Medical record survey indicated:The clinical research plan was feasible, and its findings superiority.Conclusion:Vitamin E could not only prevent the occurrence of neonatal red buttock,but also treat it effectively, performed more perfectly than Vitamin AD,then had most perfectly preventive effects.Vitamin AD could prevent majority neonatal infants from sufferring of neonatal red buttock,but could not eliminate the occurrence of neonatal red buttock.
