Illegally adding, is that some chemical drugs which are not demanded in the prescription are illegally added into the Chinese patent medicine or health products. So far, lawbreaker and some Pharmaceuticals companies, seeking the treatment effect and economic interest absolutely, arbitrarily add some chemical drugs in the Chinese patent medicine or health products, without any pharmacology and toxicology study. It brings about serious damage to our drug safety. Such as the startled"Mei -HuaK"HuangBai capsule incident, "YinXieDi"capsule incident, "Viagra"incident and so on. This kind of problems give rise to the importance of SFDA, having taken a series of actions.The SFDA have issued Drugs supplemental method of inspecting and inspection item instructions about six kinds of drugs including antihypertensive drugs, antihyperglycemic drugs, strongthening man sexual fuction drugs, slimming drugs, anetic drugs, antitussive and antiasthma drugs and so on.However,as the manufacturing measures varify, illegally adding is more and more serious, drugs supplemental method of inspecting need to be complemented and improved.so this study topic is be brought forward.As for the illegally adding phenomenon in the antiulcerative,antitussive and antiasthmatic Chinese patent medicine,The study establish a set of rapid detection method from chemical identification preliminary screening to liquid chromatography uniting mass spectroscopy (LC-MS/MS) certification.The method get rapid, precise inspection effect, supplying technical support in a way for the drug administration to insure the peples'drug using safety.
