| Objective:To preliminarily study the chemical ingredients and the corresponding quality control method for the "Nao Shen Kang"(NSK), a Traditional Chinese Medicine can be used for remedy of diabetes associated with brain function decreases.Methods:Variety column chromatography were used to investigate chemical constituents and structure identification of NSK. The TLC and HPLC methods were usded to research the content of active ingredients and limited ingredients in NSK.Results:Six compounds were isolated from NSK. Five of which identified by spectral data and chemical evidences, were (1)β-sitosterol,(3) genisteu,(4) Puerarin,(5) genistin,(6) icariin. Among them, compound 2 was not identified for the little amount. The TLC was set up for identification of the Astragaloside, betaine, icariin, berberine, and puerarin in NSK. At the same time, the determination method of Polysaccharides, puerarin, icariin, berberine and astragaloside were established. Furthermore, the method of Limited composition 5-hydroxy methylfur fural was establish in this thesis.Conclusion:Systematic and integrating study of chemical ingredients in NSK was firstly applied in this thesis. The quality control method of NSK was established primarily based on the investigation of quantitative and qualitative analysis.The results can offer the useful reference of therapeutic basis matter illumination, quality control setting, new preparation research for NSK. |
