| Objective:A retrospective comparative analysis of two-plate and "Y" are two different plate fixation of olecranon osteotomy by the treatment of adult humerus comminuted fracture C2C3 type of clinical efficacy.Methods:our hospital from 2004 to 2010 adult humeral fracture data 65, including 32 patients with dual plate application "Y" plate in 33 cases, from the fracture healing time, postoperative complications, clinical effects after follow-up statistical observation.Results:Data analysis by statistical software, the two groups in fracture healing time, postoperative complications and postoperative functional scores compared the two groups was not significant. C2-type rates of the two groups is basically the same good, C3-type dual-plate when the fine was 75%, "Y" plate in excellent 61.5%Conclusion:The fracture of humerus C2, C3 type, the double-plate and "Y" plate fixation of two is not significant in itself good or bad, C2-type Y to use double-plate fixation plates and have good efficacy, C3-type higher than when the two-plate fine "Y" plate. Dual-plate and Y plate fixation have good efficacy, clinical, as the case may select. |
