| ObjectiveTo retrospectively evaluate clinical results of arthroscopic posterior cruciate ligament(PCL) reconstruction by using of hamstring autograft with femoral fixation via Endobutton system, interference screw and tibial fixation via Intrafix system, improve the efficacy and safety of the operation to guide the clinical application.MethodsA total of 30 patients that had been treated with arthroscopic PCL reconstruction by using of hamstring autograft with femoral fixation via Endobutton, interference screw and tibial fixation via Intrafix system in The First Afiliated Hospital, Zhengzhou University from May 2009 to July 2010, including 8 females and 22 males, aged 27.5 years (range 16-40 years). The femoral fixation via Endobutton, interference screw and tibial fixation via Intrafix system. Observe the postoperative short-term curative effect which was evaluated by Lysholm and IKDC.ResultsAll 30 patients successfully, no severe complications of surgery, were followed up for 4-18months (aged 12 months), the efficacy rates were evaluated by Lysholm and IKDC. The Lysholm scores ascended from (40.0±6.0)to(85.5±3.5). The IKDC scores ascended from (47.5±5.5)to(86.0±2.5). Using SPSS16.0 software by matching t test analysis, P< 0.05, with a statistical significance.ConclusionThe method of Endobutton and interference screw femoral fixaion device, Intrafix tibial fixaion device in arthroscopic reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament using autografts of hamstring tendon has the following feature:better Short-term curative effect, graft fixation reliability and less complications, can achieve better clinical rehabilitation, but needs to be further observation rotational acetabular osteotomy effect. |
