| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of low-concentration methylene blue compound injection for postoperative analgesics and sitz bath with fumigant on patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:Suffered with mixed hemorrhoid,50 patients undergoing with piercing stripping outside and pricking inside plastic operation were divided into Treatment Group (25 cases) and Control Group (25 cases) randomly. In the Treatment Group,5-12ml methylene blue compound were used as punctiform injection in the wound and postoperative sitz bath with fumigant on patients. In the Control Group, sitz bath with kalium permanganicum (1:5000) was used on patients postoperatively. Clinical data of two groups were analysed such as the pain of wound after the pain stimulus like defecation or dressing change, postoperative wound edema, the hyperplastic degree of scar, the wound healing time and so on.Results:The clinical data of Treatment Group were better than those of the Control Group. Conclusion:Methylene blue compound injection for postoperative analgesics and sitz bath with herbal fumigant can relieve pain, reduce swelling and scar, promote wound healing, and have no obvious side effects. It is an effective method to relieve the swelling pain of the patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery. |
