Study On The Relativity Of The Active Ingredient's Content In The Yuanhuzhitong Tablets With Its Pharmacological Effects

Yuanhu Zhitong Teblets in chinese pharmacopoeia (CHP),a complex Chinese patent medicine formed with Yanhusuo and dahurian angelica root Practical using in clinic for many yeas, it has been proved to be one of the most common analgesic for QSBS stomach-ache, costalgia, headache and cramps.Determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo(Jun medicine) and imperatorin in dahurian angelica root by HPLC from different manufacturers.To investigate the analgesic activities of different manufacturers, using the models of acetic distortion reactions and hot plate in mice to appraise the inhibition ratios of acetic acid writhing the increasing of pain threshold.The experiment results indicate that A certain correlation exists between the content of tetrahydropalmatine and the analgesic activities, so we should control the content of tetrahydropalmatine.A single-factor can not evaluate the action of a complex Chinese patent medicine, so Combined Index should be considered for the evaluation of the action of medicine.
