Objective:The main points of the original network with mild vascular cognitive impairment on clinical efficacy, Mild treatment of vascular cognitive impairment to find a new way.methods:60 cases of mild vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into 2 groups:Treatment group,30 cases,The control group,30 cases, The treatment group was the original contact with the main acupuncture points, while oral administration of Aricept,continuous treatment and 6weeks.Control group:oral administration of Aricept,a continuous treatment for 6 weeks. With the mini-mental state examination (MMSE), Blessed Behavior Scale (BBS) and vascular dementia TCM Scale (SDSVD) in the assessment of patients before and after treatment 1, while determination of homocysteine before and after treatment (HCY).Results:1 shows the treatment group total effective rate was 90.0% in the control group,the total effective rate was63.33%,compared two groups had significant differences.2 In TCM, the two groups of patients can reduce the TCM syndromes, but the treatment group than the control group,there was a significant difference (P <0.05).3 In terms of cognitive dysfunction and non-cognitive dysfunction,mild inboth groups significantly improved in patients with vascular cognitive impairment in the ability of intelligence and daily living skills, psychiatric symptoms, expressed as BBS and MMSE points increase, and the treatment group than the control group, there was asignificant difference (P<0.05).4 on the impact of homocysteine, homocysteine decreased in both groups, but the treatment group than the control group,there was a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1 of the original network with points for treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment there is a genuine clinical effect. 2 of the original network with the main points to improve in patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment intelligence situation, activities of daily living and psychiatric symptoms.3 of the original network with the main points can reducemilvascularcognitive impairment in patients with serum homocysteine concentration to control the development of cognitive impairment.
