The Clinical Research Of The Effect Of Recurrent Abortion On Serum E₂,P,β-HCG, Which Treated By Zhuyunning

Objective:Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and the serum estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) levels of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients,who treated by Zhuyunning combined with Western medicine bend dydrogesterone (Duff pass)Methods:The patients which inclused criteria were randomoly divided into the Chinese combined with the Western medicine group(A group,40cases),Wstern medicine group(B group,40 cases) and the normal pregnancy group(C group,40 cases).A group was given Zhuyunning combined with bend progesterone;B group received bend progesterone;C group:does not give any drugs.Observation on the treatment of the disease and changes in hormone levels respectively.Results:Before treatment:The age distribution of the three groups was on significant difference(P> 0.05);the spontaneous abortion history,the average severity and the TCM syndromes of the previous pregnancy were no significant differedce (P> 0.05),both proups compated with normal pregnancy were significant differences(P< 0.05). After treatment:1.At the 12th week of pregnancy,the synthetic effect of three groups,A group,97.5%;B group,80.0%;C group was not be treated. The difference of A group and B group were significant(P< 0.05).2.Following-up the live births,A group,97.06%;B group,75.00%;C group,100%.Compared the three groups with significant differences(P< 0.05).The difference of A group and B group were significant(P< 0.0167).The difference of A group and C group were not significant(P> 0.0167).The difference of B group and C group were significant(P< 0.0167).There were no fetal malformations in each group.3.The average syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine integration,there were significantly different in the three group previous pregnancy and 12th of this pregnancy(P< 0.05). At the 12th week,the difference of A group and C group were not significant(P > 0.05),the difference of B group and C group were significant(P< 0.05),the difference of A group and B group were not significant(P < 0.05).Shows the A group is better than B group in the improvement of the clinical symptoms.4.The comparison of the individual clinical symptoms,at the improvement of the vaginal bleeding,backache discomfort,weakness in terms of both knees,A group was significantly better than the B group,with significant differences(P< 0.05);in terms of improving the abdominal bulge,B group was better than A group,with significant difference(P< 0.05).5.The E2,P,β-HCG levels,at th 5th week,7th week,10th week,the difference of A group and B group were no significant(P> 0.05),but the two groups compared with C group significant difference(P< 0.05).At the 12th week,the E2,B-HCG levels,there were no significant difference in A group and C group,but there were significant difference in the two group compared with B group(P< 0.05). There were significant difference in the E2,P,β-HCG levels at the same groups in the different weeks(P< 0.05).Thus,at the 5th week to the 7th week,A group and B group could enhance the E2,P,β-HCG levels,but can't reach the level of C group;at the 10th week,the E2,P,β-HCG levels of A group were close to C,better than B;at the 12th week,the P level of A and B group were close to the mormal pregnancy,but the E2 andβ-HCG levels were only A group close to the C,and better than B. Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion by Zhuyunning combined with bend progesterone was better than simple Western medicine,and the clinical symptoms and signs of patients can be further improved.At the same time, the integrative medicine had small side effects,taked convenient,provided a new medthod for the clinical treatment.
