| Purpose: Through clinical observing,the topic is further verify the curative effect of Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Decoction on treating diabetic nephropathy ( asdthenic splenonephro-yang with stasis-toxin),and give objective scientific appraise to provide a new effective method for clinic.Method: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30cases.Both group were treated with basic treatment ( diet,aerobic exercise,mental regulation)and insulinize.The treatment group added Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Decoction,while the control group added pancreatic kininogenase Enteric-Coated Tablets.Result: After 30 cases treating with Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Decoction ,the total effective rate of treatment group was 80%, while the control group was 56.7%.Meanwhile,the treatment group was superior than the control group in improving clinical symptoms and physico-chemical examination results.Conclusion: Yishen Jiedu Tongluo Decoction evidently improve symptoms and signs in patients with diabetic nephropathy ( asdthenic splenonephro-yang with stasis-toxin),and effectively lower blood sugar,urine protein and occult blood.It is pure Chinese drugs preparation with no toxic and side effects,and deserve to be further popularize and apply. |
