Purpose: This project aims to start stroke recovery merger depression and single part of the clinical observation of patients with stroke depression after a stroke, explore clinical typification rule and the different parts of post-depression(PSD), evidence for the PSD type diagnosis and PSD and stroke parts of the correlation provides new thoughts and methods and theory.And will benefit the PSD prevention, improve the quality of life of patients with stroke patients, shorten recovery time, reduce the morbidity and mortality, stroke patients, families and society ease the burden.Method: In this study the survey method observation research in January 2009 to December 2010 our monthly neurological in-patients of starting treatment of ischemic stroke of the PSD sick patients recovery. Survey including prospective study and retrospective study two parts. Prospectie study material through the clinical interrogation, physical examination and scale measurement, retrospective study material through for in-patients case before obtain.All the data are through statistical software SPSS13.0 data analysis.Result: The research chose 303 cases of stroke patients start as the research object, the clinical observation and scale assessment, including PSD 160 cases and single part with 160 cases in stroke patients.. The PSD typification include: Liver-Qi syndrome 54 cases, blood stasis 43 cases, TanQi mutual 25 cases, Cardiac-splenic asthenia 38 cases; 160 cases of single part in patients with stroke patients, PSD, including 46 cases frontal 10 cases, temporal lobe 6 cases, the parietal lobe, 3 patients occipital lobe basal ganglia, 3 patients with 14 cases, thalamus, 1 patients with cerebellar 4 cases, brainstem 5 cases. Application a chi-square test, analyze the different gender, age, educational level and the ability to perform daily activities and neural function defect the prevalence of stroke patients PSD existence, the analysis results showed differences, p > 0.05, no statistical significance, so can't think different gender, age, educational level and the ability to perform daily activities and neural function defect degree of stroke patients differences between the PSD prealence. Application related analysis, analysis NIHSS scores and ADL score and whether there is a correlation between depression degree, the analysis results showed that NIHSS scores and ADL score and the positive correlation between depression degree (p < 0.05), indicating that the lower the ADL score with patient's condition, PSD heavier. Application a chi-square test, comparing different degree of PSD patients than the difference between constitutes a syndrome types, the result show that X2 = 0.588, p = 0.899 (bilateral), p > 0.05, no statistical significance, so can't think each degree of PSD patients than the every syndrome type constitute differences exist. Application a chi-square test, whole compared to all ill caustic position and PSD prevalence, the results show that: X2 = 31.121, p = 0.000 (bilateral), p < 0.05, reason can think ill caustic position and the PSD happen involved; Analyze the different ill cutting position respectively whether the PSD prealence vary, the results show that: the frontal lobe and the analysis showed the basal ganglia (p < 0.05), and a statistically significant, reason can think the two areas with the PSD occurred about stroke; The parietal lobe, temporal lobe, the occipital lobe, thalamus, cerebellum and brainstem analysis results show p > 0.05, no statistical significance, reason can think these parts and the PSD happen is irrelevant.Conclusion: The typification of PSD include:Liver-Qi syndrome,blood stasis,TanQi mutual,Cardiac-splenic asthenia,or have and carry; Single part in most common stroke basal ganglia, secondly frontal and temporal lobes, etc.; The PSD occurrence and gender, age, educational level and the ability to perform daily activities and neural function defect, but no direct correlation between daily activities and extent of PSD and neural function defect ability is positively correlated; TCM syndrome type and no obvious correlation between the degree of PSD; Ill caustic part is influence the prevalence of stroke patients PSD influence factors, including the frontal lobe and the basal ganglia is the main influencing factors.
