Objective:TO analysis the effection to the quality of life in proximal gastrectomy with additional pyloroplasty, and also make comparasion with the control group.Methods:Select the March 2010-2011 in March Shandong University Qilu Hospital of proximal gastric diseases who treated patients and an additional pyloroplasty surgery, the control group with no strings attached pyloroplasty (38 patients treated,50 patients in control group), Statistics bowel surgery recovery time of two groups of patients, gastric juice after the first 2 days of drainage, with or without fistula surgery, stomach retention time, and in patients after 3 months follow up, observe whether the gastroesophageal reflux Symptoms, barium meal fluoroscopy simultaneously to observe the dynamic residual stomach, gastric emptying time and reflux conditions.Results:Treatment group compared with the control group of patients, rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function; after the first 2 days significantly reduced gastric drainage; average tube into a short time; after 3 months follow up, the patient's chest pain, postprandial fullness and discomfort of acid reflux symptoms such as low; barium meal examination revealed residual gastric emptying quickly, the symptoms of reflux esophagitis with low incidence; group patient had anastomotic leakage situation.Conclusions:Additional resection of the proximal pyloroplasty can effectively improve the surgical procedure and vagotomy caused by many factors such as edema and spasm pyloric sphincter, is conducive to the remnant stomach emptying to the duodenum to prevent the occurrence of gastric retention, Improved postoperative patient feeding fullness, acid reflux and other symptoms, is conducive to the recovery of the nutritional status of patients, so additional proximal gastric pyloroplasty surgery has some clinical value.
