Objective:To prove whether sECM contain of HGF promotes the repair of the bone defect, which is implanted into the defect in the femoral neck in a rabbit mode.Methods:The femoral neck of 18 rabbits was divided into two groups by matched control after bone defect in femoral neck was founded. The left femoral neck was implanted by nothing as control group and the right one was implanted by sECM contain of HGF served as experimental group. The rabbits were killed respectively on 2,4,8 weeks, each only 6.Understand the treated repair of the defect and degradation of sECM in the defect in general observation and HE dyeing. Animals were taken a picture by mammography X-ray in hip joint at 4 and 8 weeks.Two senior radiation doctors evaluated double-blindly randomizedly the repair in the defect.Results:1.The defect in femoral neck were repaired by fibrous tissue at 2 and 4 weeks in general observation and there were no visible differences. At 8 weeks there was immature cortical bone closing the defect and open marrow cavity in the experimental group, but mass callus blocked marrow cavity in the defect in the control group.2.There were no obvious difference by HE dyeing observation at 2 weeks in two group. At 4 weeks there were more neovascularization in the experimental group than in the control one osteoid disordered and distributed throughout defect area but in the control group osteoid formation also decrease with vascular decrease. At 8 weeks immature cortical bone was connected to defect cut ends group and bone marrow cell formed.3.In the experimental group there were mass callus in the control one by mammography X-ray observations. So at 8 weeks tissue repair in experimental side is superior to that of the control side.Conclusion:1. HGF can significantly promote bone tissue in femoral neck to repair.2.sECM contain of HGF as a new drug transmission system in bone tissue regeneration has a good application prospect.
