The Correlation Analysis In PCOS Sex Hormones And Insulin Resistance

ObjectiveStudy the correlation in PCOS sex hormones and insulin resistance,early intervention treatment the PCOS and insulin resistance,reduction the disease incidence cause by them。MethodsFollow the diagnostic criteria of ESHRE/ASRM,30 PCOS were chose as observed group(A group),20 normal women were chose as control group(B group),use the radioimmunoassay detection the estradiol (E2),testosterone (T) and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA),detection fasting glucose (FG),fasting insulin (FIN),calculation the insulin resistance index。Results1,Contrast the PCOS group and control group,T,FIN,Homa-IR level were higher in observed group than in control group,there also is singnificantly difference between them(P<0.05);FG,DHEA level were little higher in observed group than in control group,but there is not singnificantly difference between them(P>0.05);E2 level was lower in observed group than in control group,but there is not singnificantly difference between them(P>0.05)。2,The DHEA level in PCOS group is higher than in control group,and has singnificantly difference between them(P<0.05);The T level in PCOS group is also higher than in control group,but there is not singnificantly difference between them(P>0.05)。3,The T,FG,FIN,DHEA level in PCOS group were positive correlation with Homa-IR(r=0.511,0.421,0.964,O.376,P<0.05);E2 level was null correlation with Homa-IR。ConclusionPCOS patients have a degree of sex hormone disorders,the T and DHEA level have closely correlation with insulin resistance,through detection the sex hormones,we can early intervention treatment the PCOS and insulin resistance,reduction the gynecological disease incidence cause by them。...
