The aromatic bisabolane sequiterpenoids compound are widely distributed in nature. Many of them possess good biological activities,such as antibacterial, anti-virus, antitumor. Heliannuols F has strong allelopathy,(+)-Heliannuol F in the 10-8 M, the inhibition of lettuce seed germination rate is 73%.This thesis main focused on the total syntheses of aromatic bisabolane sequiterpenoids compounds of (±)-curcuphenol, (±)-curcudiol, (±)-curcuhydroquinone, and (±)-curcuquinone, and the exploring synthesis of Heliannuol F, we got the following conclusions: Part 1:Using the reformatsky reaction, palladium catalyzed hydrogenation reducton, Grignard reagents reaction, Dehydration as key steps, The total syntheses of (±)-curcuphenol, (±)-curcudiol, (±)-curcuquinone, and (±)-curcuhydroquinone was completed,verifying the structure of all above compounds by NMR, MS and IR.Part 2:The exploring synthesis of Heliannuol F starting from 1-(2,5-dimethoxy-4-methyl phenyl)ethanone14, using methyl etherification, friedel-crafts acylation, Julia coupling, Swern oxidation , Sodium amalgam reduction as key steps, verifying the structure of nine intermediates by NMR and MS. |
