Object: To understand the undergraduates'learning situation of the reproductive health and contraception knowledge, the related conceptions and attitudes about the reproductive health and contraception and the undergraduates'sexual behavior status and its influencing factors by analyzing the 68,222 questionnaires of the undergraduates'status of reproductive health and contraception, to command the undergraduates'situation of reproductive health, in order to provide scientific basis of providing high quality reproductive health education and birth control service.Method: Undergraduates who come from 56 colleges or universities that are four categories ("focus on integrated, comprehensive general categories, medicine or the medical department of university, the style of art") in seven cities by stratified cluster sampling were investigated. The database was constructed with Epidata3.1. SAS8.2 was used for data analysis. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analysis the risk factors affecting sexual behavior.Result:①68222 valid questionnaires have been obtained in the survey. Gender distribution of the respondents is balanced. Those aged from 18 to 22 accounts for 97.73%. Medical specialist accounts for 25.15%.②The awareness rate of college undergraduate reproductive health related knowledge is relatively low and the total score of knowledge mastered is low. Differences between different specialties, different gender is statistically significant.③87.07% of the respondents thinks it is necessary to know contraceptive knowledge. 91.25% think they need to learn about sex knowledge. More than 50.00% undergraduates hold an open-minded attitude on premarital sex.④12.55% college undergraduates have had sexual behavior, the incidence of sexual behavior among different gender, age and professional are statistical different.⑤53.57% undergraduates adopted a contraceptive measure during the first sexual experience. The proportion of adopting contraceptive measures each time is 30.71%. 32.67% of the students who have had sex appeared accidental pregnancy.⑥For colleges and universities undergraduates, the ways of understanding related knowledge of reproductive health mainly is the newspapers, magazines and network. 91.80% students think it is necessary to carry out relevant knowledge education in university, which are hoped in form of seminar mainly.Conclusion:①At present, college undergraduates in our country are lack of mastering related knowledge of reproductive health, the situation of the female is better than the male, and the situation of medical students is better than non-medical profession students.②The conceptions and attitudes of college undergraduates on sex become open gradually most hold tolerant attitudes on premarital sex, girls are more conservative than the boys, medical students are more conservative than the non-medical professional.③The incidence of sex behavior among college undergraduates is higher than that of the previous research. The situation among different gender, age, and professional is different.④The sex behavior of college undergraduates often occurred in unprepared circumstances, utilization rate of contraceptive measures is low. The incidence of accidental pregnancy is high.⑤College undergraduates hope schools bring in education about reproductive health related knowledge in various forms and aspects.Suggestion:①Education department should play its full role of main channel with carrying out reproductive health knowledge education and promoting the forming of the correct sexual concept and healthy sexual psychology.②Different characteristics of reproductive health education should be carried out to the different characteristics of students.③Parents should play an important role in reproductive health education with schools playing main functions.④Related social service system providing the reproductive health and contraception services for teenagers should be improved.
