In recent years,Liposome technology is widely used in medicine and cosmetics industries . Because of its unique drug-loading performance , Liposome technology is paid more attention by people.Many literatures had reported about liposome preparation and detection methods. Such as the preparation of Azithromycin liposomes and detection of its encapsulation efficiency; pH Gradient method to prepare Oxidation of sophora flavescens ait. Alkaloids liposomes and so so.But most of the literatures researched about Inorganic salt in the liposome,and minority of these researched about small molecular organic.As we know that in the cosmetics the main effective ingredients is collagen which is a macromolecular organic matters and can resistance aging, keep the elasticity of the skin .If we can use the liposome technology to Improve the collagen, the skin absorption rate will be increased more and more.This paper is mainly researching the preparation of collagen liposomes and detection of its encapsulation efficiency.We use non-toxic ethanol injection method to the preparation of collagen, liposomes, micro-column centrifugation method using the encapsulation efficiency of detection, treatment lipid ratio to calculate the results, obtained collagen liposome encapsulation efficiency was 62%, according to the requirements of industrial production, this paper could be orthogonal to find optimum preparation conditions is 55 degrees C, pH 6.8, the ratio of lecithin and cholesterol 1:3, and finally,we do the stability test.
