ObjectiveThe main purpose of this study is to analyze 2008 Zunhua City of HFMD network report data, the use of geographic information system (GIS) Zunhua described the epidemiological characteristics of foot and mouth disease, to explore differences in spatial characteristics and major risk factors caused its main differences. Provide the basis for the prevention and treatment for the future of hand, foot and mouth disease Zunhua. Object and Methods1. Object of studyCollect all of the network in 2008 Zunhua direct incidence of reported cases of hand, foot and mouth, and through the geographic information in all cases, describe the 25 towns Zunhua hand, foot and mouth disease in the geographic information in order to study the 25 townships, discuss the differences between the township high and low incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease.2. Research MethodsThe incidence of calculation: 0 ~ 5 years of age number /based number*100%.Spatial data collection: use the Internet geographically map collection, individual coordinates G516 type by integrating thought treasure field collection.Statistical analysis methods: use SPSS statistical analysis 13.0 ZunHuaShi different directions, statistical analysis of hand-foot-and-mouth disease incidence, is the same as the single factor analysis ZunHuaShi hand-foot-and-mouth disease pathogenesis factor, multi-factor analysis ZunHuaShi hand-foot-and-mouth disease incidence of main risk factors. Results1. In 2008, the city reported 2,618 cases of HFMD disease incidence rate of 442.61/10 million, 0-4 years of which 2244 cases of sick children, the incidence rate of 4.6%. From January to December HFMD are reported epidemic, the incidence peaks concentrated in June and July, respectively, accounting for 33.4% and 33.7% . 1342 people sick men, 910 women sick, male to female ratio was 1.48:1, male incidence rate is higher than female; concentrated in the age of onset of 4 years of age, especially in 1 year old group there is the highest incidence rate, incidence rates of all age are difference.2. Geographic Information data show that the farther the city center is from, the lower the incidence rate of hand, foot and mouth disease is. The incidence of there is lower incidence rate in the south than the north3. Differences are related to the total number of overseas workers, many places of public activity related to the existence and kindergarten.Conclusion1. The farther the distance downtown towns, occur probability of hand-foot-and-mouth disease pathogenesis is lower, by time is also more.2. Towns and total migrant workers outside the existence of hand-foot-and-mouth disease kindergarten is the main influencing factors.
