Objective:Through the observation of the Zhengan Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients who belong to the liver yang forming wind syndrome and to promote the absorption of cerebral edema, for the role of intracerebral hemorrhage of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment to widen and confirmed non-invasive dynamic monitoring cerebral edema in cerebral edema clinical monitoring reliable.Methods:60 eligible patients were randomly divided into 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in conventional Western medicine Conventional group were treated by western medicine, treatment group in the control group treatment based on the out, add with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction of oral or nasal feeding. Treatment for 10 days. After treatment, compared the first 14 days before and after the treatment groups of TCM syndrome and signs of TCM syndrome curative effect ratings, ratings, neural function defect scale, head CT hematoma, edema, and with the absorption coefficient of brain resistance disturbance. Assess Zhengan Xifeng Decoction clinical effectiveness and safety, and through the comparison results instructions will be dynamic monitor noninvasive brain edema applied to clinical cerebral edema monitoring reliable.Results:1. The two groups before and after treatment and signs of Syndrome score, TCM syndromes score, neurological deficit score, activities of daily living score, head CT absorption of hematoma and edema observed items such comparisons, showed significant improvement (P<0.05), total effective rate in treatment group (93.33%), with the control group (83.33%) compared with statistical significance (P<0.05).2. Based on studies of brain resistance disturbance coefficient and comparative, combined with other objective evaluation index (nerve function defect scale, head CT etc), explain noninvasive brain edema dynamic monitoring in the monitoring of cerebral edema has feasible and credibility.Conclusion:1. Using Zhengan Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke disease patients that belong to the liver yang forming wind syndrome, in improving syndromes, promoting the neurological functional recovery and reduce intracranial pressure, promote intracranial hematoma edema absorption and enhance the absorption of edema in patients with activities of daily living, have positive definite effect, and high safety. Be applied to clinical, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment is acute cerebral hemorrhage, improve the prognosis is ideal scheme. 2. Will cerebral edema monitors applied to clinical brain edema monitoring is feasible and credibility.
