| Dysmenorrhea belongs to the category of menstruating and abdominal pain of Traditional Chinese Medical science. It was originally found in the book "Synopsis of Prescriptions from the Golden Chamber" which was written by Zhang Zhongjing. In tradit-ional chinese medicalscience, Dysmenorrhea is classed to five teams types according to symptoms:blood blocking by cold,blood blocking by qi, moist and hot blocking, defect supply of qi and bloob blood,deficiency of liver and kidney. Dysmenorrhea is a disease which courses patients spasmodic pain in lower abdomen or lower lumbar region, before, during or after menstruation. It is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the department of gynecology. Dysmenorrhea may be associated with nausea, vomiting or chilliness of limbs when it is serious. It is especially frequently seen in from unmarried young girls. Primary Dysmenorrhea (PD) is a disease which is not a structural disease in the pelvic cavity. Although, there are some efficacy in modern medicine treatment of PD has efficacy, but there are still some certain side effects either. But, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment which is used for dysmenorrhea treatment with good effect and play prevention role and has good effect. At the same time, substance-partitioned mild moxibustion combining with Chinese medicinal herb interactions of substance-partitioned moxibustion and continued warming effect of mild moxibustion. So that's why we use acupuncture and substance-partitioned mild moxibustion to treat PD.Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of PD with by acupuncture and moxibustion. Evaluating objectively, it has is effectiveness, safety, and can be applied wildly. The other purpose of this paper is researching the treatment of PD with by acupuncture and substance-partitioned mild moxibustion.Method:According to "Chinese Disease Diagnosis And Efficacy Standards" which was published by National Administration of Chinese Medicine, we selected 60 cases of PD sufferers as the research object divide them into the treatment group (35cases) and the control group (25cases). For the treatment group, acupoint we used were Shi Qi Zhui,Ci Liao,He Gu,Tai Chong, Zu San Li, Shan Yin Jiao for the treatment group. The treatment started form the four days before the volunteers begun to menstruate to the third day during menstruation. The treatment was done to by the volunteers once a day,which who were treated PD with acupuncture and substance-partitioned mild moxibustion, once a day. Each time of their treatment time lasts thirty minutes. Three menstrual cycles was a course of treatment. In the follow-up three months, the control group takes took buprofen capsules twice a day and a capsule every time. This treatment lasted for seven days, making three menstrual cycles as formed a course of treatment. The effects of the treatments used in the experiment were determined according to "Chinese Disease Diagnosis And Efficacy Of The Standard".Result:The effective the ratio of the treatment group was 94.3%. On the other hand the ratio of the control group was 72% the control group. The two groups both had significant differences after treatment (P<0.05).As we can see, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. In from symptom scores, the two groups after being treated were less worse than before. Intra-group had significant differences after treatment (P<0.01). After treatment, inter-group did not have significant differences after treatment (P>0.05). The effect of relieving pain in the treatment group appeared much sooner than the control group. It had significant differences after treatment (P<0.01). During the following-up three months, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was much lower than the recurrence rate of the control group after treatment.It had significant differences after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusions:It could effectively relieved symptoms of PD, its effect-acting is fast and the recurrence rate was lower by using acupuncture and substance-partitioned mild moxibustion. |
