The Clinical Research On Loading Dose Aspirinandhalf Dose Low Molecular Heparin Calcium Combined Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction/TIA

ObjectiveTo explore the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction /TIA by combing loading dose aspirin and half dose low molecular weight heparin calcium.MethodsSelect 105 patients admitted within 24 hours onset of acute cerebral infarction / TIA(both carotid system), who were randomly divided into two groups,one was loading dose aspirin and half dose low molecular weight heparin calcium group(treatment group : the first dose of aspirin low molecular heparin calcium(0.05ml/10kg)iH + aspirin 300mg, aspirin 100mg for 29 days, + low molecular weight heparin calcium (0.05ml/10kg)iH bid for 6 days; 53 cases); the other was aspirin group (control group : first dose of aspirin 300mg, after the 100mg for 29 days, 52 cases). NINSS rating criteria was used to evaluate ischemic stroke in accordance with valid and invalid. TIA standards for the effective treatment were that seizures non-attack after 14 th day.To observe clinical results, side effects and complications on the 7th and 30th day, and explore the changes of serum CRP and the relationship between it and clinical manifestations.ResultsThe efficiency after 7 days later, loading dose aspirin and half dose low molecular weight heparin calcium group was 88.68%, while the aspirin group was 71.15%, the two groups had significant differences (P <0.05); After 30 days, the efficientcy of loading dose aspirin and half dose low molecular weight heparin calcium was superior to aspirin group (P <0.05). TIA in the treatment group was all effective, Two patients in the control group were invalid. None of the serious side effects such as bleeding, gastrointestinal reactions, thrombocytopenia and allergic reactions and so on. Changes of serum CRP levels was statistically significant (P <0.01) before and after treatment in treatment group and control group.ConclusionCompared with aspirin for a single load, it was efficient that loading dose aspirin and half dose low molecular weight heparin calcium treating acute cerebral infarction / TIA ,which can effectively prevent the progress of stroke,improve the prognosis, reduce the relapse rate and fewer adverse reactions. The reseach can also show loading dose aspirin and half dose low molecular weight heparin calcium in combination can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and inhibit acute cerebral infarction during the inflammatory response and reduce cerebral ischemic injury.
