Objective: To investigate, study and proper understanding of post—ERCP pancreatitis(PEP) factors, is expected to carry out effective clinical prevention. Methods : Clinical data of 236 patients underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopanereatography(ERCP) were analyzed retrospectively.Data including gender, age, bile duct dilatation, history of pancreatitis, pancreatic duct injections, guide wire into the pancreatic duct, EST were collected and used the analysis of single factor variance.Used the statistical software of SPSS16.0 to analyse the datas, used X2 text, when P<0.05 ,the dates have statistcally significant.Results:236 patients of ERCP, 130 cases of man, 106 cases of women ,aged 13 to 91 years old, weighing 42 ~ 91kg. 29 cases in diagnostic, 207 cases in therapeutic. 221 cases of bile duct development, the success rate of 93.64% (221/236). All of the cases of EST were successful .9.75% causes PEP(23/236).By single factor analysis, three operating factors with two are shown to increase the risk of PEP were significantly factors(P<0.05), including: pancreatic duct injections, guide wire into the pancreatic duct. EST is not the significant factor (P> 0.05).Four patient factors with two are shown to increase the risk of PEP were statistically significant factors(P <0.05), including: younger than 60 years of age, history of pancreatitis. Gender and bile duct dilation are not the significant factors (P> 0.05).Conclusions:1. Pancreatic duct injections, guide wire into the pancreatic duct, younger, history of pancreatitis are the important factors cause PEP.2. Gender, bile duct dilation are not the risk factors for PEP.3. Proper EST operation can significantly reduce the incidence of PEP.
