Which 1 to 19 years old, constitute more than 20 years of age or older were 16% and 84%; male to female ratio of 1:1.21. (3) hepatitis B and hepatitis C infection signs serological features:HBsAg positive population was 5.15%(2622/50885), anti-HBs positive rate was 52.69%(26810/50885), anti-HCV positive rate was 0.31%(156/50885).1 to 19 year olds group was significantly lower than the 20 HBsAg-positive people over the age groups (P<0.01); population HBsAg-positive men than women, anti-HBs positive rate of less than females (P<0.01); anti- men and women-HCV positive rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Zhangjiagang hepatitis B vaccine into EPI after the results are obvious, effectively reducing the population HBsAg carrier rate has gone from highly endemic areas, access to the endemic areas (2%< HBsAg positive rate of<8%); of which 1992 hepatitis B vaccine into children EPI management after the birth of 19 years of age HBsAg positive rate to a significant decline in 5 years of age decline more significantly, to achieve WHO Western Pacific Region to develop the 5 years of age HBsAg positive rate was controlled at 2% below target; and 20 over the age of HBsAg-positive rate did not change significantly; shows large-scale hepatitis B vaccination is the most effective control measures for HBV infection, suggesting that the future focus on doing the immunization of hepatitis B vaccine should also be improved adult hepatitis B vaccine immunization. Puncture, blood transfusion, blood donation is a risk factor for hepatitis B infection; dialysis, surgery, use of blood products, blood transfusion is a risk factor for HCV infection should be to strengthen the hospital's medical equipment sterilization, blood, blood products management. Anti-HCV positive rate lower than that of the general population and people of our province level, indicating that the city create a national civilized city in the same time, the prevention of hepatitis C has also been strengthened, but easy to chronic hepatitis C, cause serious harm, but also to further strengthen the publicity to raise awareness of crowd control。...
