Objective To study the treatment of severe cerebral blood Stasis Decoction hemorrhage. Methods 200 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into treatment group (TCM+TCM and Western medicine treatment), control group (TCM and Western medicine treatment),①bed rest, keep quiet;②maintain airway patency, oxygen, poor persons in time of respiratory for tracheotomy;③of increased intracranial pressure by intravenous injection pressure with mannitol infusion, each 125ml, 2 to 4 times a day;④to maintain nutrition, maintain water, electrolyte, acid-base balance, difficulty swallowing were given to the early nasogastric feeding;⑤prophylactic use of antibiotics;⑥adequate blood pressure control; Both groups were treated with TCM and Western medicine, Chinese medicine treatment group blood refreshing soup (from rhubarb, Panax, Motherwort, Alisma, Acorus gramineus, each 0.8g ml crude drug,) retention enema every 200ml.1 day; nasal or oral every 80ml,3 times a day for 2 weeks.Observation items: the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed stored (including Chinese medicine efficacy and symptoms of neurological deficit effects), patients in the treatment group living activities of daily living, complication rate, blood rheology before and after treatment and the hematoma completely absorbed time.Results:(1) in the treatment group were significantly effect the efficiency and significantly better than the control group, two significant differences (P<0.05; P<0.01). (2) survival in patients with activities of daily living in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05); treatment group 72h recovery of consciousness compared with the control group was statistically significant (P<0.01). (3) in the treatment group than in the control group the incidence of complications was significantly reduced (P<0.05; P<0.01). (4) group hematoma completely absorbed significantly shorter time than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion blood Stasis Decoction treatment of TCM and Western medicine treatment of severe cerebral hemorrhage than single therapy with TCM and Western medicine number, both the rapid lifting of mass effect, but also improve microcirculation and reduce intracranial pressure, lower blood viscosity, promoting residual hematoma absorption and promote recovery of neurological function, reduce morbidity and mortality, improve patient quality of life.
