| AimExploring iliac bone tumors (ilium bone tumor) clinicalepidemiology characteristics, and evaluating the ilium bone tumors in patients the crowd incidence, iliac benign or malignant bone tumors (primary malignant, secondary metastases, tumor samples lesions) lower limbs with bone and pelvic other flat bones on sex, age and the incidence of disease parts distribution characters on the vision of same-sex aspect. The correlation of ilium bone tumor epidemiology meta analysis and correlation analysis, further clarify the clinical characteristic of ilium bone tumors, so as to make good clinical work around the reference and guidance.MethodUsing the meta analysis method to evaluate the iliac bone tumor morbidity character and the distribution rule systematically, and the computer to search the Cochrane library, PubMed, EMbase and Chinese biology literature databases (from January, 1986 to January, 2011), and the document search languages are Chinese and English. Consulting all the documents and related references, English retrieval words are"ilium","bone tumors","medical case of illness","pathology","statistics","analysis"; Chinese retrieval words are"iliac bone","bone tumor","case","pathology","statistics","analysis". We also use Rev man4.2, the logistic regression analysis and the chi-square test to analyse and evaluate the obtained materials.Resultsmeta- analysis discovered that: qia bone malignant bone tumor and lower limb long bone malignant bone tumor (including sequential shift lump) malignant bone tumor disease incidence are up to 15%, benign bone tumor disease incidence is 9%, lump type pathological incidence is 9%. qia bone malignant bone tumor and pelvis other bones (sacrum, ischium, pubis) malignant bone tumor (including sequential shift lump) malignant bone tumor disease incidence are up to 33%, benign bone tumor disease incidence is up to 33%, lump type pathological incidence is 9%. In the whole body bone tumor the benign bone tumor first three qia bones compare the lower limb long bone: Osteochondroma is 5%. Bone giant cell lump is 9%. Cartilaginous tumour is up to 2%. In the whole body bone tumor the malignant bone tumor first three qia bones compare the lower limb long bone: Osteosarcoma is 17%. Chondrosarcoma is up to 7%. Myeloma is up to 1%. In the whole body bone tumor the lump type pathologic: fibrous dysplasia of bone is 5%. solitary bone cyst is 1%. eosinophilic granuloma is fair.ConclusionThe high incidence of malignant bone tumors are generally lower, but obviously higher than bone osteosarcoma, lower incidence of ilium bone but less than benign bone tumors and tumor samples to lower the overall incidence lesions bone below. Iliac bone tumors that happens at theâ… clinical cases, mostâ…¡area, forâ… followedâ…£areas, namely accumulative total , and accumulative total of ilium sacral accounted for third place.SignificanceThrough the retrospective research, this article firstly analyzes and filters the statistical analysis articles related to bone tumor which were once published around the nation, and all materials used passed through clinical, image, surgery, pathology diagnosis. And the cases related to ilium bone tumor, whose medical material registration have been included completely, have entered the group. According to WHO's classification of bone tumor (in 2002) and the histology classification of soft tissue tumor(in 2002) , we have established the attached list, and finally 332 cases of ilium tumor are included into study, which are demonstrated and analyzed from aspects of age, sex, ilium tumor district, and all kinds of incidences of bone tumor, like, lower limb long bone, pelvis, and other flat bone. The method we use is meta analysis method which is popular in clinical statistical analysis nowadays. We have obtained specific analysis statistics about all kinds of main bone tumors, such as ilium benign tumor, primary malignant bone tumor, metastases, tumor-like lesions, and lower limb long bone, pelvis, and other flat bone. And we have analyzed quantitatively the clinical incidence of lilac bone tumor to make it clearer, and have offered useful exploration for solving some clinical differences on ilium bone tumor. |
