| Research purposeIn order to better research the body's energy consumption and the process of substrate metabolic changes characteristics of women in different ages under low intensity aerobic exercise, in this paper, we measured and analysed the relevant data of body HR index, gas metabolic indices, sugar oxidation quantity, sugar for energy, fat oxidation quantity, fat for energy, percentage of fat for energy and total energy consumption with movement prolonged of women in different ages aerobic walk fast long time (common female college students and middle-aged women) under the same exercise intensity, but in different moving environment.for further understand the metabolism and variation characteristics of women in different ages to walk fast,and provides scientific practice and theoretical basis for general population tobe more healthy and lose weight.Research methods20 participants quick walk 60min in different test environment but in the same intensity exercise intensity, using cardiopulmonary instrument to measure various gas metabolic indices of movement process. During 80min movement process, we intercept every 5min section body situation to analyse and deal, the specific kinematic scheme as follows:Quiet time,0-5min 6-10min, Movement period:11-15min, 16-20min,21-25min,26-30min,31-35min,36-40min,41-45min,46-50min, 51-55min,56-60min,61-65min,66-70min. Recovery period:71-75min,76-80min,16 periods in total.analyze the relationship of the body physiological indexes variation characteristics and energy metabolism processing in three states respectively.Research results1 In the quiet condition,the mean HR in female college students are higer than the level of middle-aged women in the same period. In the 5-10min section, female college students is significantly higher than middle-aged women, and has very obvious difference; P<0.001.But RQ has no obvious difference. In the 5-10min section,middle-aged women's VO2, CO2 discharge quantity are higher than female college students with differences (P<0.05).2 In the quiet condition,middle-aged women in 6-10min segment walk in treadmill and in the field test results are higher than the same test conditions of female college students in the comparison both in sugar metabolism, lipid metabolism and percentage of fat for energy, powering percentage including test results of sugar for energy, fat for energy, total output have differences (P<0.05).3 Female college students, middle-aged women movement prolonged 60min, HR with prolonged increase gradually, RQ has a gradual decline, female students in treadmill test and field test have no obvious difference, after 45min middle-aged women in field test is significantly different than the results of treadmill test.the VO2 of female college students in treadmill test is increasing gradually, but after 40min middle-aged women decreased, The CO2 discharge amount of female college students and middle-aged women with prolonged every 5min section gradually reduce by average (0.88-0.96)L/min, between 56-65min section, the VO2, CO2 of middle-aged women in field test are significantly to the results in treadmill test.4 At the same speed, the consumption of sugar and sugar for energy of both female college students and middle-aged women gradually reduced with sports prolonged, fat consumption and fat for energy is increasing gradually. The over time of Female college students'glucolipid powering percentage appear in about 20-25min section, middle-aged women in 30-40min and the value in treadmill test is less than the value in field test in the same time; At the same speed the percentage of fat for energy is increasing gradually, there is no obvious difference between female students in treadmill and in field test, middle-aged women in field testing is growing even faster than in treadmill test during 45-70min, and has significant differences.5 The stabilization time of walking at the same speed:after 30-40min fat metabolism for energy of female college students in section increase rapidly, fat metabolism for energy of middle-aged women in treadmill test is relatively stable in 45-65min segment.the mean value of each stage is stable in(5.32±2.31)mg/min/kg, the relatively stable period in field testing appears in 20-40min section, the average value is (5.73±1.23)mg/min/kg.6 Move in 6km/h speed for 60min, the total energy output female students in treadmill is obviously higher than the field test results under the same speed; differences exist in 20-30min paragraph and 35-45min section (P<0.05), and in 30-35min segment the results in treadmill is remarkable than the results in field test, the values are (103.69±9.99)cal/min/kg>(93.72±8)cal/min/kg; Middle-aged women walk consistant in 5.5km/h speed for 60min, the total energy output in field test is slightly higher than the results of treadmill test, But there is no obvious difference.Conclusion1 The way walk in treadmill is more suitable for young female, field exercises is more suitable for middle-aged women. Only choose suitable exercise way for different people, then can achieve better effect to be more healthy and lose weight.2 When put fast walk as your way to be more healthy,we recommend young women choose treadmill as your exercise condition and keep walking at least 25min; Middle-aged women choose field as the best exercise condition and keep walking at least 35min;then can get the best effect.3 When different ages of women choose fitness qiuck walk as exercise way,the body appear anaerobic period in about 15-20min.because the sugar for energy of the body sharply increase in this period, the body may appear discomfort phenomenon.it's suggestion that the exercisers should strengthen their protection and prevent accidents in this period.4 The effect of middle-aged women 60'min fitness quick walk run Taiwan and on-the-spot exercise shows the time that field test occupied percentage of fat for power spend more longer than running test occupied percentage of fat for power. |
